Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Angela Liu Photography website and your booking of photography services. By booking a session or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Angela Liu Photography provides professional photography services as described on our website and in your booking confirmation. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines may vary by package and are confirmed at the time of booking.
Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once a deposit or required payment has been received and acknowledged. Session dates, locations, and details are subject to availability and mutual agreement.
Payments & Deposits
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Deposits and installment plans are required as specified for your selected package. Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule communicated at booking. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout where required by law.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on your package and timing. Deposits may be non-refundable within a specified period before your session. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your booking.
Intellectual Property
Angela Liu Photography retains copyright to all photographs and creative work produced unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive usage rights as specified in their package or contract. Images may not be edited, resold, or used commercially without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We take great care in delivering our services. However, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except where prohibited by law. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, or equipment failure despite reasonable precautions.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Quebec.
